Welcome to another event filled season at the Langdon Country Club. Below you will find some general information about the club, calendar and events for 2004.
Group/Individual Golf Lessons: We are once again working with a PGA gold professional on scheduling private lessons and providing a Golf Clinic. The golf clinic this year has been scheduled for Saturday, May 22 at 9:00 am. If you interested in either of these types of instructions, please contact Alan Herrud at 256-2583
Tuesday Night League: A preprinted schedule will again be available for all members of the Tuesday night league. All participants must be club members and registered with Alan Herrud no later than May 1. Fee for the men's league will be $40.00. This fee can be paid along with dues, cart shed rental, and etc. League starts on May 18 and will run every Tuesday throughout the season. The golf course is closed to non-league members on Tuesday evenings. The Men's Stag Night will be Tuesday, April 13.
Women's Leagues: Women's league will again be offered on Tuesday morning and Wednesday evening. Please check with Becky Gellner (Tuesday morning) or Tara Mikkelson (Wednesday morning) for additional information and registration for these leagues. Wednesday evening will once again be designated Women's night at the club.
Thursday/Friday Night Scrambles: We will continue with the 4-person scramble format that was instituted in 2003. We are going to have a couple of our supper/scrambles on Thursday night this summer. This is a change that was requested by some of the members. Check the calendar for the date of these events.
There are a number of tournaments scheduled throughout the year. Check the calendar or at the clubhouse for additional information or registration for any of those events. If you have any additional questions and or comments regarding any of these events, please inquire at the clubhouse or contact any of the directors.
